13 ambassadors meet in Wuhan to seek cooperation

On the morning of April 28, the Hubei Sub-Council of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade organized a promotion event in Wuhan for Hubei and Latin American and Caribbean countries. A total of 34 diplomats including 13 ambassadors from 21 countries attended the event. This was the first delegation of diplomatic missions in China Hubei has received since the epidemic.  

4月28日上午，由湖北省贸促会组织的湖北省—拉美和加勒比国家合作交流会举行。作为疫情后湖北省接待的首个驻华使节集体考察团，来自21国的34名驻华代表参会，其中包括13位驻华大使。

At the event, many ambassadors gave a thumbs-up to Wuhan for its return to normality. They were amazed by Wuhan's landscape, especially the dazzling light show along the Yangtze River. They also expressed their desires to cooperate with Wuhan in the fields of infrastructure, new energy, agriculture, auto manufacturing, trade, logistics, and finance.

驻华大使们为疫后恢复正常的武汉点赞，被城市的美景尤其是长江灯光秀所吸引，也表达了与湖北、武汉在基础设施、新能源、农业、汽车制造、贸易、物流、金融等诸多领域合作的期望。

On April 29, a cultural and tourism consumption month kicked off in Wuhan aiming to promote Wuhan-style fashion and guochao (new fashion incorporating traditional Chinese style). In May, people will be able to see markets of creative cultural products, hanfu exhibitions, and designer toys, as well as watch intangible cultural heritage shows and guochao performances.

4月29日，武汉“汉风国潮”文化和旅游消费月在武汉启动。从文创市集到汉服展示，从时尚潮玩到非遗大秀，还有国潮曲艺……整个5月，汉风国潮将涌动江城。

According to Wuhan Metro, all metro lines will start service half an hour earlier on May 1. The specific operating hours for lines 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 11 will be from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., and the Yangluo Line will operate from 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

武汉地铁公布轨道交通“五一”假期行车安排：5月1日全线网提前半小时开班。轨道交通1、2、3、4、6、7、8、11号线运营时间为6:00至23:00，阳逻线运营时间为6:00至22:30。

On April 27, a red full moon rose from the horizon at 7:00 p.m. Many photographers and citizens at Hanyang Riverside Park witnessed the first supermoon of this year.

On April 25, 35 graduates returned to Wuhan University of Science and Technology to shoot their graduation photos. The photos should have been taken in 2020, the year of their graduation, but due to the breakout of COVID-19, they were not able to get together for that momentous time.

4月25日，35名2020届毕业生返回母校武汉科技大学，完成了心心念念的线下毕业照。去年由于疫情防控原因，他们没能拍成线下毕业照。

On April 25, the Wuhan Business University released a set of creative paper cut-outs. The costumes of traditional Chinese beauties were presented with clusters of blooming begonias, zinnias and azaleas, blending images of colorful natural backdrops.

4月25日，武汉商学院发布了手绘与春景融合的“国风春色图”，古色古香的手绘服饰与簇簇盛开的海棠花、紫荆花、杜鹃花、女贞花相映成趣，自成天然。
