On Aug. 13, a team from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) was named one of the 2021 Champions in the Graph Challenge, one of the most prestigious international events in the field of graph analytics. This is the first time that a Chinese team has won the championship in this event.

8月13日，图计算领域最具影响力的国际赛事之一的2021年图计算挑战赛比赛结果揭晓，华中科技大学图计算团队获得全球冠军。这是中国首次在该赛事中获得冠军。

Participants in the event are from famous institutions and universities such as Xilinx, Nvidia, the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Virginia Tech, and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In the end, HUST, and the joint team of George Washington University and University of Maryland College Park won the 2021 championships.

比赛吸引了赛灵思、英伟达、劳伦斯利弗莫尔国家实验室、弗吉尼亚理工大学、伊利诺伊大学厄巴纳-香槟分校等国际知名科研院所参赛。最终，华中科技大学团队、美国乔治华盛顿大学与马里兰大学联合队伍获得冠军。

In addition to that, another team from HUST won the 2021 Innovation Award.

此外，华中科技大学的另一支队伍也获得了本次比赛的创新奖。
