Today (Aug. 19) is the fourth Chinese Doctors' Day. To salute the medical workers, a light show is being staged daily between Aug. 17 and 22 by the Health Commission of Hubei Province together with the Wuhan Municipal Urban Management and Law Enforcement Commission.

8月19日，是第四个“中国医师节”。8月17日至8月22日，省卫生健康委联合武汉市城市管理执法委员会，点亮两江四岸的楼宇，向医务工作者致敬。

On the evening of Aug. 17, slogans such as "Celebrating Chinese Doctors' Day and honoring those who safeguard people's health" were projected on the Second Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge and buildings along the Yangtze and Han rivers. The city was illuminated by lights as a tribute to medical workers.

17日晚, “庆祝中国医师节 致敬健康守护者”等字幕分别在长江二桥和楼宇灯光秀上滚动播放着。一幕幕流光溢彩将江城的夜色装扮得分外美丽，英雄之城以此向医务工作者送上最美的节日祝福。

Mr. Yu, a Wuhan resident, was deeply moved by the light show. He said that the angels in white (doctors and nurses) were continuously fighting against COVID-19 during the epidemic last year and during the recent citywide nucleic acid testing campaign. "They are the loveliest people of this era."

市民余先生观看灯光秀后，十分感慨，他说从去年抗击疫情一线到本月武汉开展全员核酸检测工作，白衣天使始终战斗在一线，逆行出征，“他们是这个时代最可爱的人”。
