The Hot-and-dry Noodles Festival in Hubu Alley kicked off recently and will last until Oct. 18. It offered a variety of local delicacies as well as many interactive activities for visitors.
武汉户部巷热干面节于近日开启，让游客吃全武汉味，同时还开展互动体验活动。热干面节将持续至10月18日。

On Sept. 28, "Tangxiaomei," a performer dressed in traditional costumes from the Tang dynasty, appeared in an interactive activity there, attracting lots of visitors to take photos. She tasted local snacks and learned to make hot-and-dry noodles under the guidance of a master from Cailinji, Wuhan's iconic fast-food chain restaurant. Mr. Zhang, a tourist from Henan province, said that it was very interesting to see the combination of Wuhan snacks and the "Tangxiaomei" from Henan.
9月28日，唐工仕女唐小妹盛装出现打卡互动体验活动，引来路人纷纷打卡拍照。一会大快朵颐品尝各色美食，一会又在蔡林记老字号跟着面馆师傅学做热干面。一名来自河南的游客张先生介绍，热干面遇上河南的唐小妹，十分有趣。

The activity, which was part of the Hot-and-dry Noodles Festival, was supported by Eleme, one of China's leading platforms for take-out services. "We hope to exhibit how food and cultures from different regions are inherited and integrated here in Wuhan, so as to attract more visitors to taste the authentic Wuhan flavor," said Miss Hua, the person in charge of the activity.
该活动是武汉户部巷热干面节的一部分。“希望能通过此举展现不同地域间的饮食、文化的传承和交融，吸引更多的外地人来品味地道武汉风味。”活动负责人美团华小姐说。

During the festival, visitors can also participate online. After getting coupons on Douyin and WeChat, they can have noodles free of charge. Eleme also launched some other online activities, making it easier for tourists to savor Wuhan snacks.
“热干面节”期间游客还能线上参与活动，通过抖音、微信等获得优惠券后，免费试吃热干面。饿了么也专门推出专门的线上活动，方便游客体验武汉美食。
